Sabrina O'Brien brings over 25 years of financial knowledge and expertise to Fidelity First Home Mortgage Corporation. Before joining the mortgage industry, she assisted consumers with budgeting and investment planning. In addition, she spent more than 10 years designing Customer Loyalty Programs for Fortune 500 companies including Harley-Davidson, Kohler and Sharp Electronics as well as for Government contractors.
As a mortgage consultant, she focuses on Credit Repair first, Debt Consolidation, Self Employed Income, Government intricacies and Bankruptcy Candidates. Sabrina graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Accounting.

Danny is a 2011 graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Accounting. In addition to playing three years of varsity basketball and being inducted into several academic honors society (Danny graduated with a 3.8 out of 4.00 GPA), Danny managed to accumulate 150 hours of accounting classwork and is currently studying for the CPA examination.
Prior to coming to work at Fidelity First Danny was the finance manager for Senior Dental Services, Inc., where he dramatically increased annual billings and reduced accounts receivable.
Danny brings youthful energy, incredible interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude to his clients. He more than makes up for his short time as a mortgage banker with impressive educational credentials, financial systems and services expertise and the work ethic developed as a Division I athlete maintaining a full time academic work load.
Danny looks forward to working with all borrowers but brings a unique, personal perspective to first time home buyers.
Steve has been in the mortgage business for just about 18 years. Not only has he survived the volatile nature of the business, Steve has thrived due to a unique and special relationship he has cultivated with over 1300 clients. Steve brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to any situation, whether it be a brand new purchase for you and your family or an existing mortgage in need of a lower rate.
From 1999 to 2010, he owned The Mortgage Depot, Inc., a one man, successful brokerage, where he cultivated a vast and eclectic clientele of borrowers, many of whom who followed him to Fidelity First in 2010 due to a developed reputation for personalized care and down-to-earth communication.
Although still doing a thriving business in Maryland, Steve has recently opened a Florida office for Fidelity First. Located in Central Florida, he is able to bring his mortgage expertise to the people of the Sunshine State. With the ability to obtain a variety of loan types - FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Purchase, Refinances and Reverse mortgages - Steve hopes to help Florida residents get the best mortgage available.
Steve is generally available 24/7. However, when not hunting for the best mortgage, he can be found coaching baseball, in the movie theater or spending time with his wife of 35 years and 3 kids.

Andrew Long brings over 15 years of experience to Fidelity First Home Mortgage and is a recognized leader in the mortgage industry. Previously, he was a Branch Manager of Network Funding where he assisted and managed over 22 loan originators. He specializes in customizing mortgage solutions and working with first-time homebuyers to find options for low down payments such as FHA and USDA loans. We had refinanced several times with various area lenders and the results were always the same: It was stressful, full of "last minute" delays, unprofessional representatives and the closings never came on the date promised. Then Dan Eubanks and Fidelity First Home Mortgage came along. Dan sat at our kitchen table on a Wednesday evening, promising a closing within 14 days. I thought to myself, uh huh...heard this one before. A property appraiser would be calling to set up an appointment for the following week. I thought to myself, uh huh, heard this one before, too. Well, the appraiser didn't call the following week, he called the following Saturday morning and asked to come that day since a blizzard was predicted for Sunday (and what a blizzard it was) and it concerned him that the weather would delay the appraisal and our closing. We went to closing within the 14 days Dan promised and it was done. No muss. No fuss. And certainly never any stress.
The appraiser is simply representative of the caliber of people Dan works with. Everyone is kind, helpful...and here's a lesser-known commodity...there is integrity! We've since used Dan for some financial needs and if anything, the service has gotten faster and easier. There's no scenario where we wouldn't recommend Dan Eubanks.
